Career overview
A career spanning CAD software development, PLM specialization and solution architecture.
Over 22 years across CAD, geometry and PLM, from academic research on neural networks and geometry through Goodyear and Technia to AI-driven CAD/PLM prototypes.
2004 – 2005
Trained an artificial neural network to predict resultant forces on milling machine geometry, and built an ANN-based geometric junction recognizer classifying 10 junction types from tessellation data.
2006 – 2011
Built a tire cross-section meshing pipeline integrating CATIA V5 with the CUBIT hexahedral mesher, and the Quick Stiffness Analysis feature inside CATIA V5.
2011 – 2022 · Product Owner, xCompare
Led a CATIA-integrated geometry comparison tool, built a CRC engine hashing tessellation and PMI data to flag model changes, and a PDM web viewer serving 3D geometry and annotations to the browser.
